VERNON, Erma Isobel (Whalen) In loving memory of Erma Isobel Vernon, 91 years, who passed away Monday morning, January 5, 2004 at the Pioneer Manor. Beloved wife of Hanlan Vernon, predeceased 1976. Loving mother of Glendon predeceased (wife Pat of St. Catharines), Leigh predeceased (wife Lila of Blairmore) and Earle predeceased. Cherished grandmother of Dan (wife Barbara) of Capreol, Stephen (wife Belinda) of Halifax, Joanna of Yarmouth and great-grandchildren Bradley, Jennifer, Sara, Bill, Allan, David, Mark and Terry. Dear sister of Violet and Wilhemina, both predeceased. Born in Powassan, she was a member of Trinity United Church, the U.C.W. and Capreol Seniors Club. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, Hanmer/Capreol Chapel, 4605 Michelle Dr., Hanmer. Funeral service in Trinity United Church, Capreol, Thursday, January 8, 2004 at 11 a.m. Interment in the Capreol Cemetery. Donations to Alzheimer Society appreciated.
