FRANCIS PATERSON Mary Eleanor (nee Paterson). Died suddenly on October 12, 1998 while visiting family in Vancouver for Thanksgiving. She resided in Ottawa with A. Norton Francis, her loving husband of fifty-seven years. She will be sadly missed by children Joan (Mrs. Michael) McKenzie of Brooklyn, N.S., Eleanor (Mrs. Byron) Hender of West Vancouver, Barbara (Mrs. Peter) Stuart of Halifax, and John N. Francis of Vancouver. She was a devoted grandmother to Lara, Gillian, Christopher, Katherine, Andrew and Sarah. A private family service will be held in Ottawa. Flowers gratefully declined.
