OSTAPOVITCH MELNYK Mary (nee Melnyk). In Pointe Claire on October 13, 1998, at the age of eighty-six years. Passed away Mrs. Mary Melnyk, beloved wife of the late Walter Ostapovitch. She is sadly mourned by her daughter Genia Ostapovitch (King), her grandchildren Alanna, Brian and Kathy, great-grandchildren Eric and Andrew, sister Annie Poburyny, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, and many friends. Resting at Alfred Dallaire Funeral Home, 3254, rue Bellechasse East, Montreal. Visitation Wednesday, October 14 from 2 to 10 p.m., Thursday, October 15, starting at 8:30 a.m. Funeral service will be held at the Assumption of Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 6185, 10th Avenue, 10:30 a.m., followed by burial at Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society will be appreciated.
