POWER, Ivan Keith In loving memory of Ivan Keith Power, 31, of Hanmer. Beloved son of Joyce (Mom) and Tom (Dad) Power of Dowling, and Barry Stroud (father) of Labrador City, Newfoundland. Teasing husband of Wendy Power (nee Drewe) of Hanmer. Joking brother of Sandra Dales (husband Ryan) of Kingston, brother Peter (fiancée Roxanne) of Sudbury, and Tiphanie Stroud and Teena Davis (husband Todd) of Labrador. Uncle/playmate/ wrestling partner to Brittany, Courtney, Taylor, Nicholas and Alexa. Friend to anyone he met, and best buddy to a chosen few. His joyful noise will be missed by many uncles, aunts, cousins, several generations of grandparents, and his entire neighbourhood. Ivan treasured his friends and family, and he loved the outdoors and camp. His truck and his quad were his babies, and he enjoyed taking them (and everything else) apart to work on them. Ivan loved life in general, but above all he loved his daughter, Drewe Sandra Power, around whom his world revolved. He was her daily companion for Tim Horton's trips, her swim coach and skating partner, her cheering section and biggest fan, and "the best Daddy ever". Funeral Service in the R. J. Barnard Chapel, JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sudbury, Tuesday March 2, 2004 at 1 pm. Cremation at Park Lawn Crematorium.
