Ida Florence Crites (retired employee of Courtaulds Inc.) of 1430 First Street East formerly of Gardner Avenue; age 79 years. Beloved wife of Gerald (Gerry) Caron and by a previous marriage the late Vincent Murphy. Dear mother of Arden Murphy (Lois) of Victoria, B.C. and Mona Trimboli ( late Joseph) of Massena. Loving grandmother of Judith Paduano and Michael J. Trimboli both of Massena and Arlo, Allison and Lindsey Murphy all of Victoria B. C. and great-grandmother of Kelley and Abbey Paduano and Matthew, Grayce and Marlana Trimboli. Dear daughter of the late Alvinzie Crites and the late Maude Barkley. Dear sister of George Crites (Anne) of Ingleside, Gertie Trewhitt (late Jack) of Ottawa and Ethel Empey (late Baden) of Ingleside. Predeceased by eight brothers Robert, Lloyd, Hersie, Arnold, William, Walter, Clifford and James Crites and four sisters Hattie Mc Dermid (late Alex), Jessie Williams (late Jack), Eva Empey (late Bert) and Verna Charlebois (late Leo). Resting a the Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch 20 Seventh Street West (932-8482) from 3 p.m Tuesday. Funeral Wednesday, December 29, 2004 for Mass of Christian Burial in St. Columban’s Church at 9:30 a.m. Spring interment Parish Cemetery. The family will be in attendance from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday and from 8 a.m. until time of Funeral on Wednesday.
