TOLTESI, Gyula - Peacefully, surrounded by his family at the Janet MacDonell Pavilion on Tuesday, November 2, 2004. Gyula (Julius) Toltesi of 1316 Third Street East; age 72 years. Beloved husband of the former Madeline Nagy. Dear father of Alex Toltesi (Norma) and Matilda (Mrs. Gilles Guay) both of Cornwall, Frank Toltesi (Terri) of Kanata, John Toltesi of Waterloo, Maria (Mrs. Ivan Zeran) of Lunenburg and Barbara (Mrs. Cliff Gallinger) of Long Sault. Predeceased by one son, Julius Toltesi Jr. Dear son of the late Gyula Toltesi and the late Zsofia Turoczi. Dear brother of Maria Nagy and Elizabeth Ksuz. Predeceased by two brothers, Sandor and Istvan Toltesi. Loving grandfather of 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews in Hungary. Resting at the Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, East Branch, 614 First Street East (933-2841) from 9 a.m. on Thursday. Funeral Thursday, November 4, 2004 for Service in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Interment, St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery, Long Sault. The family will be in attendance from 9 a.m. until time of Funeral on Thursday. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Canadian Diabetes Association, the Parkinson’s Society of Ottawa-Carleton or to the Palliative Care Unit, Cornwall Community Hospital, McConnell Site would be appreciated by the family.
