BRAZEAU, Cléophas - At the Cornwall Community Hospital, McConnell Avenue on Tuesday, August 24, 2004. Joseph André Cléophas (Cliff) Brazeau of 801 Fourth Street East; age 90 years. Beloved husband of the late Albertine Gosselin. Dear father of Madeleine (Mrs. Raymond Campeau), Louise (Mrs. Raymond Forget), Françoise (Mrs. Bruno Lamarche) and Rachelle Larin all of Cornwall, Richard Brazeau (Sherry) of Ottawa, André Brazeau (Trudy) of Cornwall, Bernard Brazeau of Granby, Quebec, Thérèse (Mrs. Brian Bilmer) and Donald Brazeau (Sylvie) both of Cornwall. Predeceased by one daughter, Aline Brazeau. Dear son of the late Napoléon Brazeau and the late Philomene Godere. Dear brother of Alphonse Brazeau of Ste-Cécile-de-Masham, Québec, Mrs. Berthe Gauvreau (wife of the late Paul Emile) and Lucille (Mrs. Roland Gauvreau) both of Ste-Françoise-de-Masham, Québec. Predeceased by two brothers, Louis and Antoine Brazeau and by five sisters, Rev. Sister Georgianna Brazeau, Mrs. Cécile Beaudoin, Mrs. Antoinette Lamothe, Mrs. Anna Renaud and Mrs. Annette Gingras (wife of Florent Gingras). Also survived by 22 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by one grandson, Jacques Campeau. Resting at the Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (932-8482) from 2 p.m. Thursday. Funeral Friday, August 27, 2004 for Mass of Christian Burial in Ste-Thérèse de Lisieux Church at 11 a.m. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery. The family will be in attendance from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. until time of Funeral on Friday. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
