CHARTRAND, Robert The family announces with sorrow his death, Saturday August 7, 2004, in Sudbury, at the age of 44 years. Son of the late Paul and of the late Jeannine (née Nault) Chartrand. Beloved husband of Paulette Chartrand (née Poirier) of Chelmsford. Loving father of Sylvie and Eric both at home. Dear brother of Denise Sauvé (Raymond), Claire Girard (Roger), Pierre, Jacques, Louise Montpellier (Denis) all of Chelmsford and Denis (Nicole) of Sudbury. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his 12 nieces and nephews. Son-in-law of Léonie Poirier (née Savignac) of Azilda and of the late Roger Poirier. Also survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law Lise Chartrand of Chelmsford, Joanne Robert (Rénald) of Sturgeon Falls, Lynne Philion (Donald) of Azilda, Réjean Poirier (Patricia) of Sault-Ste-Marie and Guy Poirier of Ottawa. Robert was community minded. He was involved with Sudbury Trail Plan program and acted as a S.T.O.P. officer. He enjoyed music, family reunions, hunting and fishing. A loving husband and father, Robert will always be remembered for his affection and care for his family. The family will receive friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4691, Regional Road 15, Chelmsford, Wednesday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 pm. Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday August 12, 2004, at 11:00 am in St-Joseph Church, Chelmsford.
