MORRIS DEMETRO DERHAK Morris Demetro Derhak passed away at Oshawa General Hospital on Monday, April 20, 1998 in his 70th year. He was the beloved husband of Eveline Deagne; loved father of Katherine Derhak of Oshawa, William Derhak of Courtice, and Allen Derhak of Waterloo; and dear brother of Rudy Derhak of Thunder Bay. He also is lovingly remembered by six grandchildren, Jason Derhak, Amanda, Melanie and Kaily Derhak, and Scott and Byrne Grant; and two great-grandchildren, Clayton and Tyler Shmyr. He was predeceased by one sister, Eleanor Engelking. He is resting at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King St. E., Oshawa, Ont., 433-4711, with a funeral service in the chapel on Thursday, April 23, 1998 at 11 a.m. Visitation is Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Interment in Resurrection Cemetery in Whitby. Memorial donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
