DEAN NORMAN STRACHAN Dean Norman Strachan, 78, of Abbottsford, B.C., formerly of Devlin, Ont., passed away Wednesday, March 10, 1999 in hospital in Abbottsford. He leaves to mourn his wife, Mary; son, Bill and wife, Carol; daughter, Connie Niblock; grandchildren, Angela Bright and Brent Strachan, all of B.C.; sister, Merle Ogden; and brother, Harvey Strachan of Fort Frances, Ont. Cremation has taken place.
