MARGARET JEAN LAFOY Suddenly at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, Man. on Monday, June 28, 1999, Margaret Jean Lafoy (nee McNaughton) passed away in the presence of her two daughters, Marnie and Bonnie. She was predeceased by her husband of 45 years, Vaughan, on April 22, 1995. She is survived by her two daughters, Marnie (Robert Beninger) and Bonnie (Paul Halloch); and grandchildren, Robyn, Neal, and Daniel. She will be deeply missed by her many close friends. Prior to her passing, she was with her family attending her granddaughter Robyn’s high school graduation. Jean was born on a farm in Saskatchewan to Florence and James McNaughton. Although she moved with her husband, Vaughan, to Ontario in 1963, she was always a Prairie girl at heart. Cremation has taken place and at our mother’s request, there will be no memorial service. A private interment will be held. Friends are invited to visit the family at Jean’s house on Friday, July 2 after 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice. Rest in peace, Mom. We will all miss you very much.
