Beloved husband of Judy. Loving father of Chuck and Kathy of Burlington, Dave and Jeanette, and Blair all of Carlisle. Proud grandpa of Krystal, Karissa and the late J.J. Loving son-in-law of Jack and Muriel Breckon of Burlington. Brother of Jean and her husband Malcolm Dent of Lowville. Predeceased by his parents Bill and Mae Parkin. Sorely missed by his loyal companion Farley. Bill was President of the Optimist Club of Carlisle, past Distinguished Governor of the Central Ontario District and past Vice President of Optimists International.
