Lydia Filion We regret to announce the death of Mrs. Lydia Filion on February 4,2000 at the Smooth Rock Falls Hospital at the age of 99 years. Mrs. Filion was pre-deceased by her husband Arthur Filion, 3 sons: Rosaire, Aurèle and Léon. Lydia Filion is survived by 7 sons: René (Rachelle) of Fauquier, Aimé (Jeannette), Réal (Yolande), Rosaire (Muriel) all of Moonbeam, Paul-Arthur (Laurette) of Harty, Roland (Olive) of Kapuskasing, Lionel (Dorlyn) of Gatineau, 4 daughters: Cécile Lepage(Benoit) of Fauquier, Fernande Albert (Philippe) of Moonbeam, Thérèse Blouin (Raynald) of Smooth Rock Falls, Claudette Filion of Kapuskasing, as well as 43 grandchildren, 67 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. Funeral Services were held on February 7 at Nativité de Marie Church in Moonbeam. Burial will follow at the Moonbeam Cemetery. Donations to the Smooth Rock Falls Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
