BARRIE, Ada Ellen (nee Fowler). Peacefully after a lengthy illness at the C.U.S.E. Fleurimont site, Sherbrooke, Quebec in her seventy-sixth year. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth L. Barrie, dear mother of Dr. Leonard Arthur (Marnie Holloway), Richland, Wash., Debra Susan (Dr. Craig S. Watts), Montreal and Valerie Ellen (Patrick Redburn), Richmond. Precious grandmother of Quinn Tai, and Emma Kate. Dear sister of Marguerite (Albert Smith), Neil (Shirley Dow), the late Arthur (Frances Waterhouse), Marion (the late Neilson Jameson), Gwen (the late Victor Betts), the late Shirley (the late Robert Pariseau) and Norma (John Perkins), Ada also leaves to mourn dearly loved nieces, nephews, friends, and relatives. Resting at Cass Funeral Home, 295 Principale St. Richmond, Quebec (819) 826-2502, where friends may visit Thursday, February 24, 2000 from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday, February 25 at 2 p.m. with the Reverend Patricia Lisson officiating. Please note there will be visitation one hour prior to the service. Donations to the Children's Wish Foundation or to the Montreal Children's Hospital would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
