DUNCAN, John L.K. (Jack). (Retired employee of Marsh and McLellan). Suddenly in Markham, on Wednesday, February 23, 2000, in his seventy-second year. Cherished husband of Dorothy (nee Dowd). Loving father of Deborah (Dan McLarney), Susan and Donna (Richard Duncan). Predeceased by his sister May Gervais. Will be greatly missed by sisters-in-law, Annie and her husband William Smith and Hazel and her husband Murray O'Callaghan. Will be fondly remembered by nieces and nephews, Lynn and Rob VanWinkle and family, Brenda and Rejean Claude and family, William and Suzanne Smith and family, Murray O'Callaghan, Nancy Conroy and family, Anne-Marie and Darryl Vargas, Linda and Paul Anderson and family, Maureen and Ed Lavin, Robert and Kelly Smith and family. Friends will be received at the Dixon Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main Street North (Highway 48), Markham, on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass in the Church of St. Patrick, 5633 Highway 7, Markham, on Saturday at 9 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
