LOWE, Titus M. "Ty". Passed away peacefully in North Vancouver February 25, 2000 in his seventy-eighth year. Born in Montreal, he worked for American Can Co. in Montreal, prior to being transferred to Hamilton, then Brampton, ending his working career in Vancouver. Ty served with the R.C.A.F. in both the European and Asian theaters during the Second World War. He will be sadly missed by Agnes, his cherished wife of fifty-two years, and by his loving daughters Darlene and her husband Bill Fitzsimons and Debby and her husband Jock Wood. He was a beloved Grandpa to Sharon, David, Erin and Michael Fitzsimons and to Meghan and Kevin Wood. Ty leaves two sisters Anna and Eleanor, both residing in Ottawa, and a brother Albert, residing in Mississauga. A memorial service is to be held on Wednesday March 1, 2000 at Highlands United Church in North Vancouver. Memorial donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association or Canadian Cancer Society.
