WOOLEY, Brett. After a long courageous battle with PAN - a rare disease - and following a brief illness at St. Michael's Hospital, Toronto on February 26, 2000 at the age of forty. Survived by his devoted wife Krystina. Beloved son of Ted and Peg Wooley. Cherished brother of Michael, Christine and Sandy. Loving uncle to Caitlin, Alison, Erin, Michael and Dylan. Memorial service at Rosar-Memorial Chapel, Toronto, on March 4 at 11 a.m. Donations in Brett's memory may be made to St. Michael's Hospital Foundation, c/o Rheumatology Education Fund.
