GARRARD, Charles Ray Peacefully at the Ottawa General Hospital, following cancer surgery, on Tuesday, February 29, 2000, in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Priscilla Brenot. Loving father of Les, Linda and son-in-law Nick Bura. Devoted and proud grandfather of Mark, Jonathan and Christopher, all of Cumberland. Predeceased by brother Ross (Lois). Friends may visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Rd. at Aviation Parkway on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at St. Helen's Anglican Church, 1234 Prestone Dr., Orleans on Friday, March 3rd at 11 a.m. with Archdeacon Paul Blunt officiating. Cremation to follow. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre Foundation or to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be greatly appreciated.
