LaFRANCE, Roger 64 years, Thursday, March 2, 2000 at Leamington District Memorial Hospital. Late of Staples. Beloved husband for 40 years of Jeanette (Desmarais). Dear father of Mark LaFrance, Staples; Denise Solecki, Essex. Loving grandfather of Derek and Mandy. Dear brother of Cecile Beaule and husband Art, Windsor; Jean Louis, Sudbury; Andre, Simone Begin, Helene St. Amour, Therese Henri, Berthe Rosseau, all of Sturgeon Falls; Jeanne Laurence, London. Dear son-in-law of Bridget Desmarais and brother-in-law of Helen LaFrance, Clarence and Cecile Desmarais, Rachel and Rosaire Trepanier, Morris and Bernadette Desmarais, Linda and Ernie Kennette. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Predeceased by his parents, Paul and Laura, three brothers, Armand, Paul and Edgar, one sister, Pauline Roberge. Roger retired after 32 years with the H.J. Heinz Co. Visiting at the Reid Funeral Home, 14 Russell St., Leamington on Friday 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Prayers from the Funeral Home Saturday, March 4, 2000 at 10:30 a.m. to St. Michael's Church for Mass at 11 a.m. Interment Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Staples.
