DIABO, Peter (Kahonwase). 1921-2000. Of Kahnawake, on March 3, 2000 at the age of seventy-eight years. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the Anna Laberge Hospital, beloved husband of Mrs. Ida K. Lahache and father of Janet (Anthony Boldrini), Kenneth (Ida Deer Diabo) and Terry (Barbara Deer Diabo). Also survived by his twelve grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, two sisters-in-law and many relatives and friends. Resting at Poissant and Deer Funeral Home, Kahnawake. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 7 at 2 p.m. at the St. Francis Xavier Mission Church. Interment at the Kateri Cemetery. Visitation from Sunday at 11 a.m.
