BULL, Euphemia "Phemie" (Dort). At the Royal Victoria Hospital on March 4, 2000 aged eighty-five years. Loving wife of the late Edouard-Charles Bull, beloved mother of Douglas. Survived by brothers, sisters, relatives and friends. The family wants to thank the owner and staff of the Next-Step.
