NOLTE, Gunter. Artist, teacher and sailor, died at his home in Fournier, Ontario on the morning of Saturday, March 4, 2000. He was born in Gottingen, Germany on January 28, 1938. He is survived by wife Judith, son Christof, daughter-in-law Claude, brother Dieter, sister-in-law Heidi, nieces Steffi and Suzannah and their families. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, March 8 at 1:30 p.m. at the Lamarre & Sons Funeral Home, 453 St. Philippe (the main) Street, Alfred, Ontario (613) 679-2802. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the St. Isidore Medical Centre, 180 Ste. Catherine Street, St. Isidore, Ontario K0C 2B0.
