SECORD BELAIR Fabianna (Nee Belair) 1923-2000 The family announces with sorrow her death on Sunday, March 5, 2000 at the Timmins and District Hospital at the age of 77 years. Beloved wife of the late Clement Secord. Dear mother of Beatrice Tremblay (husband Laurent) of Montreal, Yvette Wilston of Peterborough, Pauline Chartrand (husband Germain) of Timmins, Carole Turgeon (husband Marc) of Gogama, Leonard Secord (wife Doris) of Gogama, Reg Secord (wife Fran) of Timmins, Marcel Secord of Gogama, Rick Secord (wife Diane) of Timmins, John Secord (wife Caroline) of Wawa and Gary Secord (wife Denise) of Gogama. Loving grandmother of many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear sister of Reg Belair of Edmonton and Alberic Belair (wife Annette) of Timmins. Predeceased by her sons Michel and Larry Secord and by 5 brothers and 4 sisters. Fabianna was the former local President of the Ontario Metis Aboriginal Association. Funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2000 at 11:00 a.m. from Notre Dame du St. Rosaire Church, Gogama. Remembrance donations to the Jentiva House Service or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Family will receive friends in the Notre Dame du St. Rosaire Parish Hall on Monday from 7-9:30 p.m. and on Tuesday morning from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME.(The Daily Press)
