WALSH, Gerald Stanford (Stan) Peacefully at Marianhill Residence on Sunday March 5, 2000. Stan Walsh of Pembroke in his 84th year, beloved husband of Rita (nee Lynch) Walsh. Son of the late James D. and the late Margaret (nee Mulligan) Walsh. Dear brother of Clarence Walsh (wife Aileen) of Lively, Ont., Margaret (Mrs. James L. Gamey) of Sudbury, Ont., and James C. Walsh (wife Jean) of Windsor, Ont. Predeceased by his brother Kenneth (1957). He will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at THE MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday from 9 to 10:15 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday morning at 11 o'clock in St. Pius Roman Catholic Church, Osceola, Ontario. Spring interment in St. Pius Cemetery, Osceola. In memory of Stan Walsh donations to the Marianhill Alzheimer Unit would be appreciated by the family. (The Sudbury Star)
