MORAN, James Emmett "Jim" Retired, Bell Canada Passed away peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital on Wednesday, March 8, 2000 after a determined battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Pat Ryan. Predeceased by his father John, mother Marge Douglas and loved stepmother Chrissie Willoughby. Devoted father of Robert (Debbie), Dennis (Jane), Linda Mae, Joanne (Lyn Nesbitt), Brian (Anne), David (Carole) all of Ottawa and Allan of Toronto. Proud Poppa of Jesse, Steven, Heather, Lance, Donovan, Paul, Stephanie, Troy, Tyler, Liza and Patrick. Loving brother of Mattie (the late Lavern Lynch) of Lavonia, Michigan, Jack and Julie (Jack Sherman) of Ottawa. He will be dearly missed by several brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Rd. (between Baseline Rd. and Bayshore Dr.) Nepean on Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. John the Apostle Church, 2340 Baseline Road, Nepean on Monday at 1:30. Private cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cancer Clinic, General Campus, Ottawa Hospital or to C.H.E.O.
