Loving daughter of the late Harry and Dorothy Carter. Loving mother of Barbara Collingbourne of Montreal and Pat Castellarin and her husband Randy of Belleville. Loved by her grandchildren Jennifer, Shannon, Jason, Andrew, Matthew, and Jessica and by her great-grandson Jarod. Dear sister of Leonard Carter and his wife Georgette of Ottawa, Irene St. Cyr of Ottawa and Mary O'Toole of Montreal. Predeceased by her sister Joyce. Friends are invited to call at the Burke Funeral Home (968-6968), 150 Church Street, Belleville, Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Joseph's Church on Saturday, March 11, 2000 at 12 noon. Reverend Father Bernard O'Neill officiating. Following the funeral mass, a reception will be held in the St. Joseph's Parish Centre, 3999 Victoria Avenue. Entombment in St. James Columbarium at a later date.
