SCHLESAK, John. Passed away at the Jewish General Hospital on March 20, 2000 in his eighty-fourth year. Beloved husband of Theresia Ginder. Loving father of Sebastian (Helga), Joseph (Elizabeth) and Theresa. Cherished grandfather of Nathalie (Ilja), Karl, Christopher, Robert and Stephen. Opa will be sadly missed by his great-grandson Alexander. Fondly remembered by his sisters Magdalena and Elisabeth in Kitchener, Ontario and his brother-in-law John (Barbara) and his sisters-in-law Anna (Josef) and Marianna. Resting at Blythe Bernier Funeral Home, 940 Ogilvy Avenue (at Stuart), Park Extension. Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 21 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the St-Boniface Church, 3751 Hotel de Ville, Montreal on Wednesday, March 22 at 1 p.m. Thence to Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery.
