TAILLEFER, Fernand The family announces with sorrow his death Thursday, March 23rd, 2000, at the West Nipissing Hospital, Sturgeon Falls, at the age of 85 years. Beloved husband of Obina Taillefer (née Bigras) of Sturgeon Falls. Predeceased by his first wife Odina Taillefer (née Bigras). Loving father of Hubert (wife Diane) of North Bay, Omer (wife Karen), Robert both of Alberta, Gérald (wife Fay) of Sudbury and Ronald of Barrie. Dear brother of Desneiges Laurin of Verner, Rita Brunet of Sudbury and Roland of Sturgeon Falls. Predeceased by his sisters Lorenza Paquette, Isabelle Bernard, Lucienne Roy, Marthe, Gabrielle Roy, and by his brothers Elzéar and Vital. Lovingly remembered by his 14 grandchildren and his numerous great grandchildren. Predeceased by two grandsons Danny and Brian. The family will receive friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd., East (at Notre Dame), Sudbury, Monday from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday, March 28th, 2000, at 11:00 a.m., in Ste. Marguerite D'Youville Church, Val Caron.(The Sudbury Star)
