BERNSTEIN, Leah (Shuster). Peacefully in her ninety-sixth year on Tuesday, March 28, 2000. Beloved wife of the late Benny. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Norma and the late Ernie Perlman, Irving and Helen Bernstein, and Rhoda and Ronnie Labell of Calgary. Cherished Baba of Alvin Perlman, Susan and Jules Cohene, Danny and Julie Perlman, Gordon and Cindy Perlman, David and Ellen Bernstein, Gail Bernstein, Marla and Albert Schuster, Derek and Lucy Labell, Neil and Marni Labell of Calgary, Stephen and Stanley Labell of Calgary. Loving great-grandmother of twenty-two great-grandchildren. Sister and sister-in-law of Louis and Lillie Shuster of Florida, Sylvia Greenspoon of Toronto, the late Henry Shuster, and the late Moe and the late Ann Shuster. Leah will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West, on Friday, March 31 at 11 a.m. Burial at the Shomrim Laboker Congregation Cemetry, Beth Hamedresh Hagadol Section, de la Savane (B-2).
