ANANIA, Caterina (nee Varano). Passed away March 28, 2000 at 6:40 p.m. at the Montreal General Hospital in the presence of her loving family, after a short battle with cancer at the young age of forty-nine. She left behind her loving husband Giovanni, daughter Teresa, sons Franco and Tony, parents Francesco and Teresa and brother Saverio. She was a loving and dedicated mother. She will be deeply missed by her nieces, nephews, friends and family. The family will receive relatives and friends at Urgel Bourgie, 745 Cremazie E. Prayer service will be held Wednesday, March 29, 2000 between 7 and 10 p.m. and Thursday, March 30, 2000 between 5 to 10 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 31, 2000 at 10 a.m. at St.-Simon-Apotre, 145 Beauharnois. Donations to the Royal Victoria Hospital for cancer research will be appreciated.
