PIPE, Josephine (nee Frost). At home in Beamsville, surrounded by her family after a brief, valiant struggle with cancer in her seventy-fifth year. Beloved wife of the Rev. Donald Pipe and mother of Dr. Andrew Pipe and his wife Dr. Mary Gordon of Ottawa, Hilary Mallett and her husband Steve of Holland Landing, Janet Cook and her husband John, and Angela Pipe and her fiance Neil Shanks all of Calgary. Dearly loved grandmother and friend of Joshua Gordon, Simon and Chelsea Mallett, David and Jillian Cook and Ryan Shanks. A sister to Milly Luscombe of London, England. Cremation has already taken place. The family will receive friends at the Tallman Funeral Home, 4998 King St., Beamsville, Ontario from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, April 28. A service in celebration of the life of Josephine will be held at Trinity United Church, Beamsville on Saturday, April 29 at 11 a.m., with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to either the Trinity United Church (Beamsville) Organ Fund or Bethlehem Place (Women's Shelter) St. Catharines, Ont. would be gratefully appreciated.
