McCARTHY, Noreen (nee Nicol). At her home, on April 1, 2000 at the age of seventy-three years. Beloved wife of the late Russell McCarthy. Dear mother of Patricia (Charles Wallwork) and James (April Fisher). Dear sister of Mary Monaghan and the late George Nicol, Dorothy Noseworth, Irene Leonard and James Nicol. Dear grandmother of Maureen, Eryn and Sean. Resting at J.F. Wilson and Sons Funeral Home, 5784 Verdun Ave. (Verdun). Visitation Tuesday, April 4 and Wednesday, April 5, 2000 from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held Thursday, April 6, 2000 at St-Thomas More Church, 980 Moffat (Verdun) at 10 a.m., thence to Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery.
