LEBLANC, Margaret (nee Green). Passed away peacefully, after a long illness, on Thursday, April 6, 2000 in her eighty-eighth year. Beloved wife of the late Major J.E.H. LeBlanc. Loving mother of Barbara (Vincent Cortese), Jacqueline (David Ferguson), Louise (Graham Nevin), Jeanne (James Sullivan). Grandmother of Amanda and Shannon Cortese; Kevin (Wendy), Christopher (Tracy) and Graham Ferguson; Matthew Nevin; Bryan and Erika Sullivan. Great-grandmother of Alec Ferguson. Dearest sister and sister-in-law of the late Robert Green (Evelyn), the late William Green (Winnifred), the late Elizabeth and the late Lloyd Peterson, the late Barbara (Dr. W. A. Robb), Sister Emilie LeBlanc, the late Sister Rita LeBlanc, the late Sister Maria LeBlanc, the late Evangelina and the late Alphonse Arsenault, and the late Philip LeBlanc. Survived by her dear nieces and nephews. A veteran of World War II, she served overseas as a Lieutenant Nursing Sister with the Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps. She will be dearly missed. Resting at the Kane & Fetterly Funeral Home, 5301 Decarie Blvd. (corner Isabella) on Friday, April 7 from 7 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Monica's Church, 6405 Terrebonne, N.D.G. on Saturday, April 8 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to a charity of your choice.
