GRANT, Mary. Passed away at the Montreal General Hospital, April 7, 2000 at the age of eighty-eight. Dear sister of the late John Grant, the late Helen Grant and the late Robert Grant. Dear aunt of her nephews Joseph and Douglas Grant and her niece Jane Peters (nee Grant). Miss. Mary Grant graduated with a McGill B.A. and a M.A. in Classics. A long teaching career at Ste. Helen's School in Dunham, Quebec as a Latin specialist followed. She ended her career as the school's headmistress between the years 1955 and 1970. She will be very missed by many of her former pupils from Ste. Helen's School. The funeral service will be held at St. Matthias Anglican Church, 10 Churchill, Westmount at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 12. Cremation to follow at Mount Royal Crematorium.
