WEHR, Marlis Margarete. At her home in Hatley on April 8, 2000. Loved and devoted daughter of Sigrid Wehr, she also leaves to mourn her half brother Michael Wehr and half sister Angelika Leppin, cousins Sabine Dollmann, Monika Dollmann-Seebacher, Babett Bongartz, Kathrin Peitz, other relatives in Germany, and godson Andreas Knoblauch. Friends and colleagues from many organizations where she was an important positive force, including: The Eastern Townships School Board, The Townships Sun, The Piggery Theatre Board, Townshippers' Association, The Hatley Municipal Council, The University Women's Club and Recyclage Lac Massawippi, will greatly miss her. A Memorial Service will be held in St. Mark's Chapel, Bishop's University, on Saturday, April 15, at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wales Home Foundation, 506 Rte. 243, Richmond, Quebec, J0B 2H0, or to any other Charitable Organization.
