RANCOURT, Violet Peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, April 12, 2000, Mrs. Violet Rancourt at the age of 78 years. Beloved wife of Ralph. Mother and aunt of Marlene Wood (Leslie) and Gary Sanko. Grandmother of Lanie Kennedy. Sister of Florence Yukich, Olive Domenick, and the late Lawrence, John and Jim Sanko, Delores Ledden and Itza Yakasovich. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Violet will forever live in the hearts of her family. She was a very special lady. Private funeral services were conducted at the OSullivan Donnelly Funeral Home.(The Sault Star)
