WELSH, Patti (nee Erwin). On Friday, April 21, 2000 at the Royal Victoria Hospital after a courageous journey. Beloved wife of Maurice. Devoted and caring mother of Stephanie and David. Loving daughter of Marion and George Erwin, valued sister of Mark and his wife Sandra Erwin of Toronto. Predeceased by brother David. Will be sadly missed by many relatives and friends. A chapel service will be held at the Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources, D.D.O. on Tuesday, April 25, 2000 at 11 a.m. Visitation on Monday from 6 to 9 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Palliative Care Unit of the Royal Victoria Hospital would be appreciated by the family. A memorial service will be held in Toronto on Saturday, April 29, 2000 at 2 p.m. at Forest Grove United Church, 93 Forest Grove Drive, Willowdale, Ontario.
