Marion Cecilia Lockt ROY

LOCKTON Marion Cecilia Lockton (nee: Roy) of Nanton, born February 17, 1911, passed away on April 21, 2000. Marion was the loving mother of one son, Roy and daughter-in-law Geraldine Lockton and is also survived by her sister Alberta and brother-in-law Perry Hall along with brothers-in-law Harold Amundsen and Dale McMasters, plus numerous nieces and nephews. Marion was predeceased by her husband Eric Lockton on May 5, 1979, as well as her parents Frank and Delina Roy, sisters Marie, Cecilia, Rose and brothers Teophile, Albert, Omer, Philip and Alfred. Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Cecilia's Roman Catholic Church, Nanton, on Tuesday, April 25, 2000 at 2 p.m. The Rev. Fr. Benedicto Marino Celebrant. Interment of the urn followed at Nanton Cemetery. If desired, in memory of Marion, memorial tributes may be made to the Silver Willow Lodge, Box 40, Nanton, Alberta, T0L 1R0, or to the High River Hospital Second Floor, 560 - 9 Avenue West, High River, Alberta, T1V 1B3.
