Peter KAZIUKA

KAZIUKA, Peter. (World War II Veteran; Retired from Northern Telecom; Member of Bell Pioneers). Peacefully, at Lakeridge Health Corp. Oshawa on Wednesday, April 26, 2000, at the age of seventy-seven. Beloved husband of Stella for over fifty-two years. Devoted father of Pat Kaziuka-Henry and her husband Peter of Oshawa, and Dr. Eric Kaziuka and his wife Penny of Scarborough. Proud grandfather of Nicholas. Dear brother of Mary Johnson of Burlington, Fred Kazuke, John Kazuke, both of Montreal and the late Bill Kazuke, Mike Kazuke, Helen Burrows and Steve Kazuke (killed in action in Italy). Peter will be fondly remembered by all his friends and family in Lachine, Quebec and Oshawa. Relatives and friends may pay their respects at McIntosh-Anderson Funeral Home Ltd., 152 King St. E., Oshawa (905-433-5558) on Friday from 7 to 9 and Saturday, April 29, 2000 from 12 noon until the complete service in the chapel at 1 p.m. Donations made to Lakeridge Health Corp. Oshawa - Cancer Care Equipment would be appreciated by his family. A Memorial Service will be held in Lachine, Quebec at a later date.
