MAURAIS, Philias. Peacefully in his wife's arms, at the Lakeshore General Hospital on April 27, 2000 at the age of seventy-one. Beloved husband of Jean Dick. Loving father of Anne and James (Karen). Cherished grandfather to Kennedy and Madison. Also survived by his brother Aristide, his sister Solange, many nieces and nephews, as well as his best friend Sheba. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2000 at 2 p.m., at Westpark Community Church, 96 Roger-Pilon, D.D.O. (corner of Westpark). In lieu of flowers, donations to the West Island Association for the intellectually handicapped (WIAIH Point-Claire 514-694-7090) would be appreciated.
