LEVESQUE, Alfred "Fred" 95 years, peacefully, on April 29th, 2000, at the Chez Nous Lodge, Pointe-aux-Roches. Beloved husband of the late Regina (nee Comartin) (1963). Loving father of Doreen and husband Raymond Damphouse, of Windsor. Dear pepe of Jean Paul, of Windsor; Raymond Jr., of St. Joachim; and Alfred, of Pointe-aux-Roches. Dear brother of Cecile Lalonde (Euclid, 1979), of Belle River; Laurent Levesque (Rose, 1983), of Windsor; and the late Alma Desmarais (Frederick), Orise Quenneville, Cora Leboeuf, Edgar, Rene, George, Charles, and will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. Fred was a lifetime farmer in St. Joachim, a member of Le Club Age d'Or Le Foyer de Pointes-aux-Roche. Visiting Tuesday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 3, at 10:15 a.m. from the Melady Funeral Home, 572 Notre Dame St., Belle River, to the St. Joachim Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment at the St. Joachim Cemetery. As your expression of sympathy, a a donation to the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Alfred Levesque in the Janisse, Marcotte, Melady Memorial Forest. A dedication service will be held October 1, 2000.(The Windsor Star)
