POLATSHEK, Sadie (nee Katz). On Sunday, April 30, 2000, peacefully in her ninety-eighth year, surrounded by her loving family. Wife of the late Jeno. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Shirley and Hersh (Harry) Blech, Sol and Mona Polachek, Lynn and Gerry Weinstein. Beloved bubbie of Julie Brock, Gary and Claudia Polachek, Lori and Neil Denbrow, Wendie and Dan Bensoussan; Jeffrey Weinstein, Donna Taran, Suzee Weinstein; adoring Big Bubbie of Jarred, Ryan, Brenna, Jakie, Natey, Zak, Hannah and Sam. She will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews: Sylvia Gertsman, Ovidiu and Suzanne Katz, Mayer, Shayne and Justin Gruber. Predeceased by her siblings: Toive, Rochel, Sarah, Yankel and Moishe. Special thanks to Dr. Janice Cohen and staff of the Jewish General Hospital, to Joy Maxwell and 6th floor staff of the Jewish Nursing Home.
