ORCHARD, John Robert (Jack). In his seventy-second year at the Jewish General Hospital. Son of the late Harold and Jean Orchard. Survived by his beloved companion Muriel, loving sons Stephen and Mark (Lisa), brother Jim (Maureen), grandchildren Brandon, Jessica, Jason and Sabrina and nieces Karilee (Ron), Darla (Luc), Jamie (Jean Luc) and nephew Grady. He also leaves to mourn his many friends and colleagues whom he admired and respected throughout his life. Jack had a young outlook on life and was an avid tennis player. He was a Montreal musician for over fifty years and performed in the annual Jazz Festivals. Sincere thanks to "Dr. Dave" and the staff on 4B of the JGH. Visitation will be held at Collins Clarke Funeral Home, 222 Autoroute 20 (at Cartier), Pointe Claire Friday, May 19 from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday from 10 to noon. A private funeral service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
