BENNETT John (Bernetsky). On Wednesday, May 3, 2000. Dearly beloved husband of sixty-two years of Florence Steinberg. Cherished father and father-in-law of Reggie and Sidney Greenberg of Toronto, Sylvia and Burt Spector. Loving grandfather of Aubie Greenberg, Anne and Michael Brooker, Richard Greenberg, Bruce and Edith Silcoff, Aideen Cooperman and Greg Spector. Great-grandfather of Matthew, Amanda and Allison Silcoff, Madison Cooperman, Melissa and Jakob Brooker. Dear brother of Gertie and the late Lou Cohen, Gertie and the late Ben Bernetsy, Anne and the late Paul Werthenstein, Belle and Sid Cohen, Oscar and the late Ethel Bennett, and brother-in-law of Annie and the late Nathan Steinberg, the late Moe and the late Ruth Steinberg, Ida Adelson and the late Issie, Esther Kivenko and the late Saul, and the late Sybil Dermer. We would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff 7th West at the Jewish General Hospital for their exceptional care.
