CHARTRAND Jacques 1937-2000 The family announces with great sorrow his accidental death on Wednesday, May 3, 2000, at the age of 63. Loving husband of Irene Chartrand (nee Lebrun). Dear father of Carole Duval (Luc) and Daniel (Christine) Chartrand. Loving pepe of Stephane and Mathieu Dival and Roger. Dear brother of Huguette Lauzon (Laurent) of Buckingham, Que., Maurice (Colette) Chartrand, Robert Chartrand, Rheal Chartrand (Madelaine) Denise Young (Frank), and Denis Chartrand (Denise), all of Timmins. Also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Conrad and Lucienne Chartrand and his brother Yvon Chartrand. Jacques was a well-known contractor and developer in Timmins and an employee with Miller Paving for 14 years. He was also a member of the Club Richelieu de Timmins for 35 years. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2000, at 11 a.m. at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Church. Interment at Timmins Memorial Hospital. Remembrance donations to the charity of choice would be greatly appreciated. the family will receive friends on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Stephens-Lessard Funeral Home, Timmins.
