PLUMADORE, Winnifred (nee Poisson) Peacefully at C.A.P., Shawville, Quebec on Saturday, May 6th, 2000 in her 75th year, Winnifred R. Poisson, wife of the late James E. Plumadore. Born at Calumet Island, Quebec on January 6th, 1926. Mother of David (Ann-Marie) Plumadore, Jemseg, N.B., and Paulette of Shawville. Dear Nana of Brent Cyr (her little angel) of Ottawa. Daughter of the late J. Constant Poisson and Rachel Brunet. Dear sister of Adolphe (Emma), Val D'Or, Quebec, Fern (Doreen), Val Caron, Ontario, Joan Megrath, Claude Poisson, Sylvia (David C.) Hodgins, all of Shawville and sister-in-law of Isabelle Fontaine, Cornwall, Ontario. Predeceased by sisters Leona Paquette, Rena Paquette and Elaine Hammonds and brothers-in-law Larry Paquette, Emile Paquette, Charles Hammonds and Harold Megrath, brothers Gerald Poisson and Alderic Poisson and sisters-in-law Merilda Lance and Marion Kavanagh. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins and special friends Marilyn and Ernie Scott, Jemseg, N.B. According to her wishes there will be no visitation. Cremation. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, May 13th, at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, Bryson, Quebec. Interment parish cemetery.
