William CONWAY

CONWAY, William C. D. Born in Cape Breton Island in 1923, passed away at the Montreal General Hospital on May 7, 2000 with his best friend and wife Alice Callbeck at his side. Served in WWII and Korea. Also employed with S.U.I. for twenty years. He is the father of Oscar (Margo), Thomas (Shirley) and daughter Marie. Dear bother of John, Thomas, Janie, Mary and Lorretta. Loving grandfather of six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Bill was a patient at Ste. Anne's Hospital for the past two and a half years. Special thanks to Dr. Battalion and staff on 9A for their care, kindness and devotion. Funeral from Collins Clarke Chapel, 5610 Sherbrooke Street West on Wednesday, May 10 at 12 noon. Interment Field of Honour Cemetery. Calling hour for family and friends, Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
