LAMB, Murray Donald. After a valiant struggle on May 7, 2000 in Toronto, age forty-three. Beloved husband of Judith Kalman. Devoted father of Nathan and Gideon. Son of Treesa and Ken Lamb. Cherished son-in-law of Anna Kalman. Dear brother-in-law of Elaine Kalman Naves, fond uncle of Jessica and Rebecca. Mourned by Greta Hofmann Nemiroff, Barry Dobson, David Lamb, Carole Lamb Firth, Christine Stodart, Graham Lamb, Marguerite Ligeti, Gary Naves and by all those whose lives he touched in a remarkable career in educational publishing.
