LAMBERT, Edith (nee Slater) Peacefully in hospital on Wednesday, May 10, 2000, in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late George Howard Lambert. Loving mother of Beth Edwards (David) of Nepean, Sheila Ward (Tom) of Guelph, Beverley Sadlo (Jim) of Grimsby and mother-in-law of Barbara Hagens (Eric) of Waterdown. She is predeceased, in 1994, by her son Frederick George Lambert. Also survived by her grandchildren Jonathan and Paul Edwards, Matthew Ward, Christine Sadlo, Catherine and Adam Lambert and many nieces and nephews. Friends may visit at Knox Presbyterian Church (Lisgar at Elgin) on Friday May 12, 2000 after 1:30 p.m. until service time at 2:30 p.m. Interment Bartonville Cemetery, Hamilton, Ont. In lieu of flowers, donations to Knox Presbyterian Church in support of the chair lift or Centre 120 or the CNIB.
