FORTIER, Ernest Passed away peacefully on May 13, 2000, at the age of 83 years. Predeceased by his wife Bessie (1992). Loving father of Dan and wife Susan, Elenor and husband Terry Chappell, Gord and wife Linda, and the late David and Bruce. Loving Grandfather of Renee, Adam, Nicole, Paul, Jocelyn, Michael, Ian, and Erin. Dear brother of Judy, Marie and the late Lawrence, Leo, Leonard, Genevieve, and Cecilia. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Mr. Fortier was a veteran of W.W.II serving in the Air Force, a member of the C.A.W. and Local 444. He was also involved in Little League Baseball. Resting at the Windsor Chapel Funeral Home, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., on Tuesday, May 16, 2000 from 6-9 p.m. Relatives and friends are to meet on Wednesday, May 17, 1999, at Most Precious Blood Church (1947 Meldrum Rd.) at 9 a.m. until time of funeral mass at 10 a.m. Prayers Tuesday 7:30 p.m. Interment Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
